Double room in PG student house, July 2015

Hey,

We have a spare room in our house on Brunswick street. We are ideally looking for another post-graduate or young professional to join us - someone who appreciates their home and wants to make our house a nice place to live ☺️.

The house is located just a couple of minutes walk from UoS and also very close to town. The room is £281. 66 a month, with a deposit of the same figure. The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. It is also a downstairs room, facing the back of the house onto the enclosed patio garden and vegetable patch.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one (shower room) on the ground floor and one on the first floor which was recently refurbished. The large kitchen is fitted with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. There is also a large living room, with big leather sofas, tv and fireplace.

A little about the three of us: we are two guys and one girl in our early 20s. The guys do law, and the lady of the house does politics. We are a hard-working bunch, but make time for the pub, nights out and the occasional noisy evening. We're all foodies too, so expect pride to be taken in the kitchen.
