I am a professional full time receptionist. I am friendly, clean and very respectful of the common spaces. I am rarely at home and I like to relax and draw when I can get spare-time. Ideally I am looking for a professional or full time student female, who is clean and respectful.

I have been living in this flat for just over a year now and have found it cosy and comfortable.
It is located very close to the city centre, only 10 minutes walking!

It is fully furnished:
There is a small kitchen including the main appliances such as: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, cooker, microwave and a small dining table.
1 bathroom to share with bath and wall mounted shower.

Good public transport links to all city centre and Universities, situated only a few minutes bus ride away. There is a bus stop at our door step!
Restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways along the whole length of the road.
Supermarkets like Aldi, Salisbury only 5 min walking.
Pharmacy in front of the flat.
English school in front of the flat.

No pets
No smoking

A deposit of £100 is required.
The price is £220 for the rent. All bills are excluded but for a flat of this type are very reasonable!

All the prices below are approximate, in the time since I have lived in this flat sharing with somebody else these have been our average bills. I am a very concious person for example I do not leave the lights on unnecessarily. The Council tax is a fixed amount. The best news is that all the figures below are divided by 2 with myself :)
