It's in an excellent location, and is only 2 minutes walk from Eccalsall road. The house has wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and a phone line. With all mod cons this property really should be viewed. It's sharing with 3 friendly guys who are in there 20's, and would suit professional non-smokers.
