Double room available in a recently refurbished 3 bedroom terraced house just off Ecclesall Road and next to Endcliffe Park. The room is a really good size and fully furnished with a double bed, built in storage cupboard, 2 chest of drawers, desk, and chair as well as a television point. The TV license has already been paid until the end of June so will be free.

Kitchen, Lounge and Bathroom are all very modern and to an extremely high standard. Kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge has two new leather sofas, table, and a TV and DVD player not shown in the picture that belongs to one of the other housemates but is shared by the house. There is also a small but charming back garden with decking, table and chairs.

The house is situated just off Ecclesall road so is right next to a host of shops, including a Co-op just across the road. 30 minute walk into city centre and 10 minute bus journey with a bus stop just around the corner makes it very easy to get around Sheffield.
