It is just seconds away from a number of local shops, pubs and easy walking distance from the University of Sheffield and Goodwin Sports Centre. Approx. 25 minute walk to city centre, or 10 minutes by 92 bus - bus stop very close. Nearest tram stop at University.
Room is fully furnished with brand-new double bed and next to shared bathroom.

About me:
I am 22 year old postgraduate student at the University of Sheffield, and have studied here for three years so have a good knowledge of the area. I would rather live with other postgrad students or professionals. The bathroom would only be shared with one other housemate. She is also a postgrad student but her hours are 9-5 so we're not out partying every night! We are still very sociable though and hope to find a friend as well as a housemate.
