Large double room available in my house.
Location – Woodseats, close to Chesterfield road S8. Just 1 minutes walk from Graves park, also close to shops, cafes and restaurants and regular bus route. Cosy house, recently renovated and has not one but two wood burning stoves and offers great views to the Peak District.

Room: Large double room gets morning sun and has double bed and magical wardrobe, drawers, and a desk.

The small double bedroom is now a basic gym ready for your lockdown training and yoga.

We have a lovely new kitchen, relaxing garden, sunny front room and a fantastic dining room for having friends over. Also has wifi, gas heating, washing machine & cellar with ample storage. Bicycle storage and street parking available. The house is tidy and welcoming.
Sharing with Becca (45 likes climbing, yoga, running, cooking), and her partner Graham (49 likes climbing, beer and pies) and Tarka and Naboo (13 year old friendly cats who like sleeping)
