Vegetarian/vegan required for house share

Nice lovely double bedroom is available for rent from 01/04/2015.

I currently share house with a friend who is moving out due to work commitments. I've lived her for almost 3 years and do not want to live the house due to the ideal location.

House is situated just 7 min walk from Northern General hospital(Ideal for someone working at hospital). Tescos is just 5 min walk and Asda is 10 min walk away. Meadowhall is 2. 5 miles and cineworld at same distance.

Bus stop is just out on the main street with buses available every 10 min and it takes 20 min to get to city centre.

House contains two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.
I'm an easy going professional and stay out of the house for the majority of the day 7 days a week. You will more likely have house to yourself most days.

Rent is £265p/m excl bills for double room.. All the bills including council tax will have to shared, which will be in the region of £60-£70.

Longley park is just two min walk away, if you like to walk and neighborhood is really good.

I would ideally like to share house with a vegetarian or vegan housemate, but it is not mandatory.
