I bought this house when I started a job in the area but a promotion means I need to move and commuting just isn't an option. The house is unfurnished but there is a double bed and brown 3 seater leather couch which could be included for a small deposit.
The house is detached so there's no noise from neighbours and your landlord (me) is in Leeds so you have all your privacy.
very close to transport links, especially the 120 bus which is a just down the hill and goes straight into town and the sheffield interchange.
