I bought this house when I started a job in the area but a promotion means I need to move and commuting just isn't an option. Because of this I have started doing house up already so it is neutrally decorated throughout with beige carpet and cream walls, a 3 piece bathroom suite including bath and a brand new kitchen with electric oven and gas hob.

Other perks: there is a paved outside area big enough for bbqs in the summer coming up, lots of off road parking, Central heating, a lounge that's big enough to house 3 large sofa and 3 enormous storage cupboards around the house.

I can rent out each room individually, the slightly more expensive room has a little attached room which I've been using as a walk in wardrobe, or the whole house in which case I would negotiate on price. Add £50 to the price of the room should you be a couple moving into one of the bedrooms. In the case of rooms being let out separately the remainder of the house would be shared.

The house is unfurnished but there is a double bed and brown 3 seater leather couch which could be included for a small deposit.

The house is detached so there's no noise from neighbours and your landlord (me) is in Leeds so you have all your privacy.

very close to transport links, especially the 120 bus which is a just down the hill and goes straight into town and the sheffield interchange.
