We are three guys who have put a deposit on this house needing a fourth member due to one person backing out to live with people on his course. We are all friendly and capable of keeping a tidy house.
We believe the property to be as cheap as it is due to not being close to Sheffield University and not being as modern as some others.
We also understand that the room available isn't as big as the others and has a single bed so are willing to discuss fair prices to be paid by the three accommodating the larger rooms.
