I'm looking for someone to take over a contract starting 1st July for the next academic year, here's a description:

With 6 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large kitchen and living area, this really is a classy pad in a great location. The apartments are fully furnished to a high standard and as with all our properties you have access to our 24 hour emergency maintenance number. All of our apartments come with the following amenities:

It's £95 per week ALL BILLS INCLUDED in an amazing location. The place is really lovely, and the price is the best for this location as I know of other flats are much more expensive.
