Double room in friendly quiet house

I have a fully furnished double room available now with a shared kitchen/dining room and living room. There is also a garden at both the front and rear of the property and a cellar for storage space. The front of the house has great views right across Attercliffe and the surrounding areas.

The house is a 10 minute walk from northern general hospital and on a main bus route into town which is approx 1.5miles away. Meadowhall and the M1 are less than a 10 minute drive and there is plenty of on street parking directly outside on a quiet, dead end road.

I am a 27 year old support worker and also work in the film/tv industry. I am fairly laid back and easy to get along with and keep a nice clean and tidy house. I love adventure sports, travel and films. Due to my work pattern I am often away for a couple of days at a time and my boyfriend stays sometimes. I also have 2 pet guinea pigs, they are currently inside for the winter but will be moving outside in the summer.

The room is available from the 12th Dec and I am preferably looking for someone for approximately 6-8 months (less time is fine and there may be an option to stay longer nearer the time). I am willing to consider pets but on a very case by case basis.
