The property is a 3 bedroom Georgian house in Upperthorpe, Sheffield. It’s within a relatively close distance of the city centre, the University of Sheffield and the Hallamshire and Northern General hospitals. Bus and tram stops are a five minute walk.

There is one double room available for single occupancy. The room is medium sized and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk. The rent would be £115 per week paid four weekly. This would include the TV Licence, BT Vision, Internet, Water, reasonable use of Gas and Electric and council tax. The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

Shared areas in the house include: a large dining kitchen, dining room, sitting room, conservatory and bathroom. There is also a separate toilet.

The house is more than big enough for three people to have their personal space. The rooms are spacious, well proportioned and nicely furnished.

The house is one of 3 which lie within a gated courtyard with parking and a lawn. The rear garden is private and secure with a seating area and pond.

I will be returning to Uni in September to begin a one year postgraduate course and Georgia, who lives in the house currently, is a young professional.

P. s. Another room will become available in September. It is an attic space consisting of two rooms, a bed room and a living area. It has it's own staircase and is on it's own floor. If you are interested in this email me for pictures.
