We are 2 girls (ideally looking for another girl), one of us is studying a masters and the other is studying to be a nurse at Sheffield Hallam and we have lived here for 2 years. We are looking for a student/young professional aged 22-25 who is friendly, likes to go for a drink every so often and who is clean and tidy as we are really busy and like to come back to a clean house.
Bills aren’t included but are very cheap.
The landlord is very helpful and will always sort out any issues if they arise.
