Room in lovely area, no fees or bills, for female

I have a double room available for a short term rent for a female - for any length of time between now and November. Weekday letting also considered for 300 per month.

The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood (Carter Knowle) with good access to green space, woodland, town and Ecclesall Road. It's just over 10 mins walk to Banner Cross. There's a nice view of Brincliffe Edge from the front of the house. There are buses nearby to the Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield University Glossop Road vicinity, and to town. There is ample on-street parking - it's a quiet cul-de-sac and most people use their drives. I am pretty easy-going and happy to chat or give people space.

The bedroom is fully furnished and is light. With 3 reception rooms downstairs as well as a garden and patio area, there's plenty enough space to feel comfortable. If you need space to study, you can use the spare room.
