Here is small double room on offer. The room faces the sunny side of the house. The room is complete with a free sat box so that you can watch television. The house has super fast broadband and the rent is inclusive of bills.

The house is situated in Woodseats which is a lovely busy area with many pubs and shops to satisfy. The area is only a fifteen minutes bus ride from town and taxis will set you back about 8 pounds.

I have varied interests and like to walk, gym ( occasionally) and watch films. I have a full time job so work hard during the week but enjoy at the weekend seeing my mates and having a couple of beers.
