Attic Room near railway station/tram/Uni
Mon - Fri let
If you are looking for a weekday room in a warm and peaceful, calm house (with unlimited broadband) on the edge of the city centre then my house may suit you.
I am a clinical psychologist working in the NHS in West Yorkshire. I have enjoyed renting a room in my house for the last 20 years.
I am fortunate to live in a big Georgian house set back from the road in a sleepy conservation area bordering the city centre. It is a downhill 10 minute walk into the city centre as well as being one of the most convenient locations for accessing the motorway quickly in the morning.
I share the house with an old black cat and now two very cute ginger kittens. My 21 year old daughter is around during Uni holidays and my partner stays some nights too. Its a very calm and quiet household during the working week. There is unlimited broadband and hot water available and a large rambling garden to explore or relax in. Off road parking is also available.
If you think that this might suit you for your mon-fri home from home then do text me and we can arrange to meet.
I work in a hospital setting so please make text contact rather than telephoning.
NB I also have a study with a mezzanine double loft bed and a further room with a double bed that I occasionally let out to medical/health MSc students on short teaching blocks. Theses are charged at the weekly (mon-fri) rate of £120 which is reduced to £100 per week if the block is paid in advance.
