Spacious double room in shared house

Hey, I have a room available January/ February time in Crookesmoor, at 3 Roslin Road. Dates are flexible so please get in touch and we can come to an arrangement. It is £78 a week excluding bills (but bills don't come to much extra per week).

It is a roomy and comfortable 7 bed house shared between 6 other boys already living there. The guys in the house are very friendly and are tidy people. There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen with two cookers, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house also has a large living room and a dining room. The bedroom itself is spacious with a double bed and includes: wardrobe, desk, drawers, beside table and ample shelves and storage space.

The house itself is very close to the University of Sheffield and hospital, approx. 5 minute walk, and is only a 2 minute walk to the sports centre. The house is also only a 2 minute walk to Broomhill which has all the shops required for food and other amenities.
