BIG double room - shared house Eccy road £300pcm

The house is a clean, modern and nicely furnished; perfect for young professionals or post grad students. The room itself is a large double room on the middle floor, it comes with 2 chest of drawers, 2 wardrobes and a double bed.

The lounge is comfortable, and large enough for us and a fair few friends. The kitchen is big and has a dining table which we like to eat around together as often as possible. There are two bathrooms and a spare double room for guests. We have an indoor cat who is awesome but somewhat quirky! She is very much the fourth housemate so a cat lover/tolerator would be preferred.

We're two good mates looking for someone to join our friendly and sociable house. We both work Mon to Fri so don't go too crazy during the week but still enjoy meals out and evenings at the pub. The weekends vary depending on how the weeks been but tend to include a variety of the following....Walks in the peaks, afternoons in the pub, trips away visiting friends, nights out, sofa days after nights out and occasionally working.

There's free parking nearby but not outside the house apart from on weekends. There's bus stops 30 seconds from the house with direct routes into town and lots of local amenities within a 2 minute walk.
