Family home, with professional adult plus guest and occasional visiting family or friends, Good pubs, shops, cafes, bars, clubs and local festivals nearby.

All inclusive rent with fast broadband, friendly neighbourhood; suit any age or profession, particularly if interested in sustainable living. Huge garden with fruit and berries, large kitchen diner, living room, 2 bathrooms, five bedrooms, garage and sheds. With all amenities and a very welcoming and homely atmosphere.
Suit professionals or masters students, and those wanting a secure base in the heart of England in a great northern city.
You'll be sociable, responsible and considerate with integrity, and be looking for a friendly, easy-going environment where we are outdoors a lot.
Welcome previously people from many countries (Chinese, Czech, Irish, Australian, Kiwi ..) and various genders/ages.

We occasionally share food, especially local veg-bags and sourdough bread, but busy lives so often in and out, and not seeking to socialise overmuch.

Furnished, complete with linens etc., but free to bring some small bits of your own if you wish.

If you are not fit and healthy the distance from log cabins to main house (where Kitchen, bathroom, etc are located) can be a challenge..
Great space if you value your privacy as has separate access via garden with greenhouse, BBQ area and great views as faces south-west towards Peak District national Park.

It has been likened to a wild nature reserve so don't call if you want ultra-modern minimalist feel. You are free to create your own space and has a lovely spirit.
So if you're self-sufficient, resilient, enjoy the great outdoors and feel 2024 is time for a change from the norm then come see.

Viewings will only take place for a limited period from early June, and if not found suitable lodger then will remove and re-list in August to start in September. Usually goes very quickly.
