Spacious room with plenty of cupboard space (in-built cupboards), All amenities available. Bills included. Double bed that can be pushed into a single - very comfortable. However I can change the bed if a standard double is required no problem.
I am a live in landlord however I work away a lot, (Monday to Friday), unless I have a local job. I am very outdoorsy and spend most of time weekends in the Peak climbing. I keep the house clean but not obsessed about it. I try to clean as I go. Open to Monday to Friday tenants, and will negotiate the rent accordingly.
