I have an exceptionally large, beautiful bed/sitting room to rent. This is a new extension to my home, which is a spacious semi-detached house located in the quiet village of Sutton. This and the surrounding villages are typically rural and offer an array of good country pubs serving food at most times. The room is on the ground floor and is approx 18' x 14', furnished with a double bed, TV, and a sumptuously soft corner sofa. I provide bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels. The housemate is welcome to enjoy all down stairs facilities including lounge, sitting and dining area, newly installed kitchen, shower room with hand wash basin and toilet, and utility room. There are open views to the front and rear with a beautifully peaceful back garden. The front drive is block paved with ample parking space.

The house is ideally located for anyone needing a base to travel within South or West Yorkshire, with easy access to M62, A1 and A19. There is a nearby train station with free parking linking Doncaster, Sheffield and Leeds. Most bills are included and there are facilities for washing and cooking. I am looking for a professional person who is respectful, clean and tidy. I prefer a Monday to Friday lodger but would consider 7 days for a short term ie 3 months.
