Large Double, Fab Housemate *NOT a HMO*

Fully furnished with a double bed! Up for grabs is a large double room with 2 great housemates with extensive storage from built in wardrobes.

It’s a large house in the heart of Swinton right near the train station. The room is furnished with a double bed, huge built in wardrobes, and has curtains up.

The house has 3 rooms plus an attic room that has been converted and there is a shared living/kitchen area - it really is a fortress!

The house is 2 mins walk from Swinton train station with trains all over South Yorkshire and also Leeds. Swinton has some great food places, pubs, and supermarkets within walking distance including co-op and Farmfoods.

We are looking for a housemate that’s reasonably tidy, clean, and sociable on occasion. We work full time Monday to Friday and work from home half the time. Happy to share a glass of wine (or three!) occasionally and watch a movie but don’t worry wr won’t be expecting this every night, just when it suits us.
