Hi, I currently have a flat and my flatmate is due to move out on the 20th November. I love the area of Tickhill and the flat so want to keep it on so I will have a spare room to rent. I am 24 and work full time, looking for a female lodger between 23-30 in full time permanent employment. I'm very easy to live with and very sociable. I like to keep the place clean and tidy so I'm basically looking for a like minded person :)

On the bottom floor is my bedroom and living room, a large dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher), laundry area and finally a huge three piece bathroom. The flat also has a private patio/garden area which is lovely for a summer BBQ! The rent includes all bills including unlimited internet, absolute bargain for the space you get, it's not just a room it's a whole floor to yourself.
