Double room in an end terrace, fully furnished with double wordrobe, chest of drawers, bed and bedside table. Please note, the private shower room for this room is on the ground floor.

Wireless broadband available. TV Aerial.

Shared kitchen and lounge. Parking is in a small car park, one at the front and one at the back so plenty of spaces to park. A 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Close to M18 and M1 motorways. You will be sharing with female, non-smoker who also has a cat and house bunnies (bunnies have a small pen in my lounge) so must not have allergies and preferably like animals. I would like to see references please.

I'm not the tidiest of people but I would appreciate someone who would tidy up after themselves and generally make an effort to keep the house clean.

I am a trainee teacher studying at Sheffield Hallam Uni, currently in my second year of a three year degree.
