Single room in 3 bed house in Whiston

Located in a pleasant area of Rotherham, I have an end terraced house with a single room available.

If you study in Sheffield it is only a 15 min drive, I am very close to the parkway. Alternatively, there are public transport options, with a train from rotherham station, Sheffield train station is situated just across the road from Sheffield hallam university. There is also a bus service straight to meadowhall.

Double room, furnished with bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. You will have sole use of the shower room on the ground floor.

Single room, furnished with bed, built in single wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small chest of drawers and a desk. You will be sharing the main bathroom and will be on a cleaning rota for it.

Wireless broadband available. TV Aerial.

Shared kitchen but you will have a private fridge freezer and cupboard space. Parking is available in the car park, one at the front and one at the back so plenty of spaces to park. A 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Close to M18 and M1 motorways. You will be sharing with female, non-smoker who also has a cat and house bunnies (bunnies live in my lounge) so must not have allergies and preferably like animals. There is now another male tenant renting the other room. I would like to see references please.

I'm not the tidiest of people but I would appreciate someone who would tidy up after themselves and generally make an effort to keep the house clean.

Pets are a possibility depending on what and how many, they would obviously have to not upset my own pets but just message me and we'll see what we can work out.

I am a trainee teacher studying at Sheffield Hallam Uni, Just about to start my final year of my degree which means lots of work so you may not see much of me!
