COMFY HOUSESHARE SITUATED IN QUIET CUL-DE-SAC ADJOINING WOODLAND IN WICKERSLEY

PROPERTY INFORMATION

This house is a large semi detached beautiful well maintained property, with a very homely, cosy feel.
It is furnished with 3 bedrooms, (2 double rooms and 1 single room).
The accommodation comprises 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, large kitchen with diner overlooking the garden, 2 large lounges, one lounge with doors opening out into the beautiful and peaceful garden and patio. Ideal for a nice quiet glass of wine after a long day.

The double room is bright and airy and has a large window overlooking the front garden. The house is in an elevated position and the window looks out across the roof tops of most other houses in the area. It has a double bed and an amazing amount of storage. It would be possible to change the double for a single if the new house mate wanted. There is plenty of room for a desk.

Off street parking is available.

FACILITIES

This house has all the mod cons and facilities you would expect such as gas hob and cooker, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, free wifi etc... As well as a huge LCD TV (with internet TV) in the lounge.

There is a greenhouse and small vegi patch that is not being used at the moment and would be available for new housemate if you have green fingers.

CURRENT HOUSE MATES

We are Greg and Julie a couple in our 40's. We are lucky enough to be able to take some time for travelling and so are away more than half the time at the moment and for the foreseeable future. When we are home we like spending time walking, reading, running, visiting friends and family, Greg likes to go to the gym and Julie likes cooking. etc. There is also another housemate called Mei who is studying to be a pharmacist and doing a placement at a local pharmacy. Mei enjoys spending time in her room as she is studying quite a lot. she also loves cooking.

AREA

All local amenities are within a 5 min walk including library, cafes, shops, post office, popular community centre with many classes and clubs, busy local pubs, a selection of fast food restaurants including Chinese, Pizza, Fish and Chips, Subway and sit down restaurants including Italian, Gourmet, Turkish and Indian. There is a variety of supermarkets to choose from close by including Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, Aldi, and Lidl, these are all within easy reach.

TRANSPORT

It is a 5 minute walk to the main bus route through Wickersley where there are frequent buses to Rotherham, Maltby, Dinnington and Worksop. Buses/Trains from Rotherham to Meadowhall and Sheffield are also frequent.
It is a five minute drive to the M18 and M1 motorways

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ideally we are looking for long term occupants (6-12 months)
The monthly payment is £325 per calendar month. This includes all bills.

A deposit will be required to secure the room.

No DSS.
