I am a livein landlady, I have 1 room already let. It is a small terraced house. I like to think of it as welcoming and cosy.

There also 2 dogs, yorkshire terriers Skye and Jet. The dogs wont be allowed in the rooms when they are occupied by a lodger. It is a non-smoking house. It is a quiet street, parking on the road. Only 5 minutes away from the M1, railway station, Meadowhall, Super tram and bus stop.

The facilities:- gas cooker, automatic washing machine, virgin plus box, HD TV, shower, broadband unlimited downloads speed 50mg.

Monday to Friday is prefable, short or long term let.

Willing to consider 7 days a week, if required. Slightly different terms if required for 7 days a week, all negotiable of course.

Attic bedroom, single bed, wardrobe, sofa bed, , desk and chair.
