House is in perfect condition, broadband will be in few days, room i unfurnished but as we also need some furnitures there will be no problem with getting some used ones together.
3min walk to city center, street is very quiet, no garden.
Me and my friend live in other 2 rooms, what we are looking for is couple or 2 other people without heavy attitude or drinking problems etc.
