your room would be private to you. the bathroom has both a shower and separate large corner bath. the downstairs kitchen and washer for you to use .we have a large car port leading to the garage at the back with 2 big work benches with vices on it so there is plenty of room to work also lots off storage space . have internet wifi throughout the house at 60mb speed on wireless modem'(wifi included in the rent)'' cable could be available if required
drive way parking and the 52 bus to the city centre every 15 min.
my hobbies are diving /boating fishing and motorbikes my wife is into old minis I have a bike and a RIB boat on the drive have a commercial fishing boat at whitby
