I am a private landlord looking to rent out a double room. I am easy to get on with, very relaxed and friendly. I am looking for a person who I can trust. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and have a no smoking rule in the house.

It’s a semidetached house on a street with no pass through traffic, very nice area with access to a local park. The house has a drive way and a garage, the garden is big enough to hold parties and BBQs.

It has very good transport links, you can access M1 within 5 minutes and 15 minutes drive from city centre. For public transport you can catch a bus number 22, 25, 28, 30, 42, 52, 123 which come regularly.

To our convenience we have a corner shop at the top of the street which has all the necessities. Nevertheless, we are not far from Woodhouse central area where we have Co-op Shop, Post Office, Costcutter, Banks, takeaways etc.
