1 double room avalible in beautiful quiet area.

We are looking into renting one of our rooms out as we spend more time at my parents pub and my partners parents farm than we do at home.

You would be having the main double bedroom which has full built in wardrobes around the double bed and all in front of the bed so loads of storage, as well as two sets of chest of draws. Couples welcome. (Large attic space also for storage.)

We will be away 3-4 nights a week so you will have the main run of the house.

All mod cons, washing machine, tumble dryer, built in fridge freezer, big tv in lounge, everything you would expect.

5 min walk from local leisure center, 10 min walk from all local shops and bus stops, corner shop at bottom of the road for emergence milk runs and a Chinese next to there which is verrrry nice :-)

The house is a three bed semi with garden, conservatory and off road drive, big enough for 2-3 cars.

As I have a cat already, another cat could not be allowed but possibly a small dog depending if it gets on with cats.
