There is on road parking with no parking restrictions,
The house is 3 storeys high with high ceilings and all large double rooms suitable for single occupation, not couples or mates .
The house has a warm and welcoming feeling, previous tenants have built up long friendships since moving on,
There is a main bathroom/bath shower, toilet. There is a separate shower room and a separate toilet room located on the middle floor.
Kitchen area has washer , dryer, large fridge freezers, cooker, microwave,
Enclosed back garden/ patio
Front room is cozy and has a tv with free view channels ( normal tv)
All Bill's are included
Council tax, high speed broadband, gas and electricity, tv licence, water.
