This large double room with private en-suite is in a 4 bedroom barn conversion with lots of character situated on a working farm a few minutes drive out of Eccleshall. It is light and airy and quite separate from the rest of the house with two double built in wardrobes, double bed, tv stand, bedside units, bedside lamps, bookcase and chair. Both bedroom and bathroom are fairly large and you would also has your own separate entrance door and porch.

The shared kitchen diner is large with a utility room off where there is a separate fridge for whoever rents the room. Plenty of parking and a very quiet area. Would ideally suit a professional who works in the area (it is 15 minutes drive from Stafford and twenty minutes from Telford).

If you are an equestrian then we also have a livery yard on the farm (fees for this are extra and agreed with the livery yard owner).
