It is convenient for A50, A500 and is 10 mins drive from junction 15 of the M6. It is also a short distance to the main Stoke on Trent train station and Staffordshire University.

The available accommodation is a large double room. The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and TV aerial point.

As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors. We also employ a handyman who will fix any problems quickly.

There is a large fitted bathroom on the first floor with corner bath and shower and also a second shower room.
