Two lovely rooms available on the Abbotts Gate Est

Hi. I have two rooms available for rent in my home. I live in a very quiet culdesac just off the Glascote road. The train station and all Ameneties are within easy walking distance. There is also a regular bus service. Both rooms are furnished and very nice........kept to a high standed.... Tennants will have use of the kitchen, Dayroom, bathroom and a nice garden with covered area. I am an easy going person and I am looking for similar working Proffessionals who are honest and respect others needs and privacy, sense of humour not essential but would be nice!!
