The house is a 10 minute walk from the main Stoke-on-Trent railway station and Staffordshire University campus. Good access to the A50 for the M1 and to the A500 for the M6 north and south. There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants close by.

This refurbished house has been refitted with a new kitchen, new bathroom and double glazed windows. Each bedroom has a lockable door, brand new furniture, bed and mattress. There is outdoor space at the rear of the property.

The new kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, new microwave, kettle and toaster. The newly fitted bathroom has a white suite comprising a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.

The communal living room is light and airy with a sofa and television provided. The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly.
