Self contained annexe apartment in rural location

We have a self contained annexe apartment with a separate entrance. It has a separate lounge and bedroom, an en-suite shower room with sink and toilet and a small kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer etc. My husband and I live in the rest of the house with our 2 small Shih Tzus. The apartment is located over our laundry room and double garage with it's own entrance down the side of the driveway so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you prefer.

Hilderstone is a rural location but with very easy access to both the M6 and the A50. We are just a couple of miles away from the pretty canal side town of Stone with it's bars, restaurants, farmers market etc. There is a small village pub and a couple of others within striking distance. There are lots of country lanes for walking, running, cycling etc and we are 5 minutes away from Moddershall Oaks Health Spa.

There are shared laundry facilities available.
The annexe is furnished. There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofas in the lounge.
