Double Room With En-Suite

The room has a double bed with under bed storage and a dressing area with 2 double wardrobes. Attached is a large en-suite with shower for private use by the renter. Fully furnished, recently redecorated.

Driveway parking available. No smoking please, we have two friendly cats and a good size garden for BBQs and making the most of the little sun we have. Nice big kitchen and living room/dinner. Also a garage with plenty of room for storage of bikes etc.

Our house is a 10 minute walk from the local train station which has good links to Manchester, Liverpool, Crew and Stoke-on-Trent.

We are live-in landlords, both very relaxed, quiet, clean and tidy. We enjoy SCUBA diving, cooking, walking, music gigs/festivals, holidays and staying active. We both work reasonably long hours so we're not in much.
