Double upstairs bedroom. Single occupancy charge of £80(inclusive of all bills). The room currently has a single bed, sofa, desk, shelving unit for storage, wardrobe and your own fridge. Bedding is included if required.

Excellent TV and Internet package. The house has recently been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and double glazing. You will have free use of the washing machine and tumble drier.

Property is within easy walking distance of Newcastle town centre and the Bus Station and is conveniently situated close to Sainsbury's supermarket. Also within 300m is a Doctors Surgery, Dental Practice, Hair Dresser, Chip Shop, and Convenience Store

On road parking is permitted with a permit obtained free of charge from the council.

Tenant must be able to provide evidence of ability to pay, by either an employers reference or a student loan agreement - students to pay termly in advance.
