The room is freshly decorated and there is ample extra storage space available and the newly furbished bathroom with shower nearby on the same landing.

Downstairs is a sunny living room, kitchen with dining area, sunroom and gardens both front and rear.

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking spaces but only a 2 - 3 minute walk up to the village shopping esplanade where regular buses go into town about one mile away.

The live in owner/landlady is a divorced professional who intends to be spending some time working away, and has one cat. Anyone interested in taking the room should also be at least tolerant of but preferably a cat lover, too.
