All usual facilities; wireless broadband (60MB Virgin Media fibre optic cable), washing machine, gas central heating, double glazing.

Rent includes all bills (inc. internet, TV licence, gas, electricity, water and council tax). Deposit of £340 required (1 months rent).

Basford is a nice, quiet residential area. Local amenities nearby and close to bus routes. Handy for both Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hanley/Stoke, as well as surrounding areas.
