We've been in the house for the last 6 months and have a great relationship with the Landlord / Letting agency.

The property has been rented to us as unfurnished, but I have furnished all common rooms. The Bedroom however is still unfurnished. There are fitted wardrobes though, so a bed is all that is needed really!

Sky TY +Broadband, Home Phone, 4 WC, 4 Bedrooms (1 to remain as a guest room), Fully Fitted Kitchen, Dining Room, Conservatory, Decking Area, Front & Back Gardens.

There is a driveway with 2 car parking spaces and there is also on-road parking. We have a lockable bike shed too.

The two housemates are 24/26 year old professionals. Both clean and tidy and easy to get on with.

Bills (Tax & Sky & Utilities) are rarely more than £100 pcm. The Letting Agent requires you to pass a professional credit check (costing £75).
