Rooms can be provided furnished, unfurnished or part furnished if you have your own furniture.

The lounge has a top of the range 42 inch Panasonic Viera TV, Virgin Cable TV package and high speed Broadband.

Very comfortable top quality leather furniture and a gas fire and central heating.

Dining area with Patio doors to large garden.

Kitchen has four gas hobs, a microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

The house is very well situated, turn right out of the front door and it is a 10 minute walk to Stafford Town Centre with a range of shops, bars, restaurants and Stafford Railway Station, Commute to London in 1 hour and 45 minutes, Birmingham, Manchester or Liverpool in 45 minutes. Stoke on Trent in 15 minutes.

Turn left from the front door and you are on the Millennium way country path in 2 minutes to walk/run/cycle/horse ride through amazing countryside.

The house is in a very quiet area as it at the very end of a cul de sac and therefore has no passing vehicle traffic.
