A spacious single room in a two bed apartment within easy walking distance of Stafford town centre is due to become available on the 1st August 2014.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen/dining area as well as a garden area and off road parking at the side of the property. The kitchen is equipped with both cooking and laundry facilities.

The rent is inclusive of bills. There is also free internet connection. We do have a cleaning service that attends to the communal areas on a weekly basis.

The other tenant is a lovely French intern who is working locally for the next six months. He's pretty laid back and speaks excellent English. He would ideally like to share with other young professionals or interns. He does smoke but only outside of the property.
