Single room/fully furnished/4 bed house

The house is in a quite and nice residential area. It has 3 double rooms and 1 single. At the moment only single room is available. It is very close to Stafford University and Hospital. It's 10 minutes walk from the nearest food store and 20 minutes walk to ASDA and Stafford town centre. There are 2 bathrooms, one up stairs and one with shower downstairs. The tenant who will rent this room will also have a room of the same size downstairs near the kitchen, were he/she can design it as he/she wishes ( working room, leisure etc). From this room downstairs there is an easy access to the backyard. There are 2 fridges and one washing machine. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need, including dishes, forks, glasses and washing machine. Everything is working well and we didn't have any problems. There is central heating, hot water. The landlord is very nice and will help you with every enquiry. He is very responsive and friendly- this is a big plus, as if we have even a tiny problem he solves it for us immediately! This room is only available for STUDENTS , thank you !
