Lovely double room in Stoke on Trent

I have a newly decorated, double room available in a quiet house in the sought after location of Hartshill. The house is conveniently located for access to North Staffs hospitals, Staffs and Keele Universities. Newcastle town centre is within easy walking distance.

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space. There is a double wardrobe, a dressing table, two bedside cabinets and a large built in cupboard.

There is usually plenty of parking available in the street.

I am a mature student (also working) and am therefore mostly studying when I am at home. I am away a good deal of the time, so you would have the house to your self most of the week. I am looking for a quiet, considerate and responsible house mate.

The house is ideally suited to someone who is looking for a quiet environment and who will enjoy having the house to themselves most of the time.
