Room In A Newly Renovated Bellevue House £85pw

I am a former student that will not be continuing. I can not live at the house because i am no longer a student and would not be able to afford it due to no student loan. The landlord is Bellevue and they are a very reputable student housing company in Stoke-on-Trent. It's a house of three girls and 1 boy all attending staffs uni. The address is 9 Queen Ann Street Stoke on trent. The rent is £85 per week all bills included including Virgin Broadband for 47 weeks starting from September ( Can move in asap). It is a very modern house, furnished with built in TV’s in every room and a flat screen TV in the living room with sofas. Every room has a double bed and has free internet and a TV license. There is no deposit as i have already paid for it if there is a fee that may be needed then im willing to pay half of it but there shouldn't be.
