The house is clean and very well situated. The room is a very generously sized double room which is freshly painted and fully furnished.
Whilst the tenants are all male, we would happily live with a female, and are used to doing so as the last tenant was a girl.
Caged pets are okay (hamsters, gerbils, rabbits) but no dogs, cats or birds please.
We're happy for people to come and look around with no obligation to move in, but please contact me first.
