Mature person? Like space and quiet? Double room

I have a double room to rent in my home. The tenant will have a bathroom next to the bedroom (not en-suite) for their sole use. There is also another bedroom which can be used as a living/laundry-room if wanted. Alternatively, I would be willing to adapt the second room and negotiate rent to accommodate two friends (not a couple) if two bedrooms were preferred.
I am looking for a mature, trustworthy and honest tenant who is working away from home/family and needs a secure, quiet (both internally and with neighbours) place to stay during the week (and/or weekends)and their own space. I am laid back and sociable (with a good sense of humour I hope) but I am often away for work and therefore this room would not suit someone who needs company all the time. Spouses welcome to stay any time if applicable.
The room has a double bed, chair and bookcase and built in cupboard.
The house is modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen for your shared use.
Parking is either outside the house on the pavement (house in a cul-de-sac) or in an allocated space in the residential parking.
My house is 2 miles from J15 of the M6 and a mile less from Trentham Gardens.
Trentham is situated between Stone and Newcastle-under-Lyme, is 4 miles from UHNS and is in the southerly part of the city of Stoke-on-Trent.
