I have a good size room in a lovely modern cottage

The room is a good size and you are welcome to share the rest of the house. The cottage is in a little village 10 miles from Stafford and 5 miles from Newport, buses are available but not regular. This would suit a full time student or professional. It is homely and has a big conservatory, lovely in the summer. There are two small dogs around some of the time so a dog friendly person would enjoy their company, you can even walk them if you wish! WiFi broadband and bills included. Smoking is fine outside the house. Someone who is friendly and easy going would be perfect my partying days are behind me now so I rarely do late late nights!
