Double Room Double Bed Cupboard and Tv

I am looking for someone who would like to share my house to enable me to pay the bills so that we can continue living in this quiet little village as the council tax is steep as well as the rent. I work in a call centre and live with my husband and 16 year old daughter who is still at school. my husband often works away from home. The room is not huge but has a double bed and a flat screen tv with freesat. i have broadband too and the only thing that would cost you extra is the tumble drier as it eats electricity so a small fee to go towards to electric would be useful. I am looking for someone who is also working or a student. I am not a party animal but dont mind your friends coming over. smoking can be ok as long as you dont do so in the room or living room as i smoke outside. I dont mind what age you are or gender or race.
